1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RizFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RizFlow is a music marketing platform that provides:

• AI-powered content creation tools
• Cross-platform distribution services (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Direct sales and merchandise store functionality
• Team collaboration features
• Link-in-bio page creation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

RizFlow offers subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans include:

• Standard Plan: $5.00/month - Basic features for independent artists
• Mastermind Plan: $9.99/month - Advanced features for professional teams

4.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial:

• You have access to all features of your selected plan
• No payment is required during the trial period
• Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial ends unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged

4.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant RizFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service
• Use your User Content to improve and enhance the Service
• Distribute your User Content to third-party platforms as you direct through the Service

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Your User Content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RizFlow and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without permission

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Your use of these platforms through RizFlow is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of third-party services
• Content distributed through third-party platforms
• Any issues arising from third-party platform policies or restrictions
• Changes made by third-party platforms that affect our Service

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results will be accurate or reliable.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RizFlow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through your account settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your account and User Content, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email to your registered email address
• Displaying a notice in the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
